At Blackfoot High School, the Broncos defeated Century 5-0 behind their usual trio of scorers Coque Velasquez, Daniel Martinez and Frankie Garcia.
Martinez and Velasquez led Blackfoot with two goals, respectively. The win pushed the Broncos to 8-0-0 on the season.
“You don’t get goals if you aren’t in the box, and they all do that differently,” Blackfoot coach Liam Pope said of his three goal scorers.
Blackfoot (8-0-0, 5-0-0) plays at Idaho Falls next Monday. Kick-off is at 7 p.m.
