Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Grant Activities The City of Sandpoint is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) in the amount of $467,450.00. The proposed project to be funded by CDBG is the lighting portion of the Downtown Revitalization, which will take place in two phases. The hearing will include a discussion of the application, scope of work, budget, schedule, benefits of the project, how CDBG funds will benefit low and moderate-income persons, and location of the proposed project. The application, related documents, and ICDBG Application Handbook will be available for review. The hearing has been scheduled for November 1, 2017 at 5:30 pm within City Hall Council Chambers.
