NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Big Creek Bridge Project Eastriver Rd at Big Creek Bonner County, Idaho Sealed Bids will be received by Bonner County at the office of the Bonner County Commissioners, 1500 Highway 2, Suite 308, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 on or before the 11th day of December, 2017, until the hour of 2:00 p.m. for the Big Creek Bridge Bid. The project generally consists of the following: Removal of an existing steel culvert and constructing a 60ft long x 24ft wide useable pre-cast, pre-stressed concrete trideck bridge with a driven steel piling foundation and concrete pile cap. The project is at Big Creek on Eastriver Rd. Improvements consist of installation of a public detour route/structure, excavation, rip-rap, T101 bridge railing, cast-in-place concrete caps, road construction, approach guardrail, seeding, etc. All work within the stream must occur July 15-August 31st to avoid interrupting bull trout spawning.
