NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 19th day of December, 2017, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., I will sell all right, title and interest of the Graybills, and decree of foreclosure against the Graybills, in and to the above-described real property, referred to as the Graybill Property, at public auction to be held in the Bonner County Sheriff''s Office Lobby, 4001 N. Boyer Road, Sandpoint, ID 83864, to the highest bidder for cash, lawful money of the United States of America, to satisfy said Writ of Execution and all costs. The Sheriff by Certificate of Sale, will transfer the right, title and interest of the judgment debtors in and to the property at the time the execution or attachment is levied. The Sheriff gives possession, but does not guarantee clear title, or continued possessory right to the purchaser.
