NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearing at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, in the 3rd Floor BOCC Meeting Room, Suite 338 of the Bonner County Administration Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following request: File VS1937-18 - Vacation of Rivercrest Easement - Prince, Bill & Leonora are seeking an approval to allow for vacation of an easement, with the intent to vacate a portion of Susurro Lane, currently a privately owned ingress-egress easement. The subject right of way exists on a portion of land located West of Highway 95, approximately 4.4 miles West of Sagle, Section 1, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, Boise-Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho. The subject property is zoned R-10.
