NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed Bids will be received by Bonner County at the office of the County Commissioners of said County on or before the 3rd day of April, 2018, until the hour of 1:30 p.m. for the Sandpoint Airport 2018 Taxilane Repaving Project. Bids shall be hand delivered or mailed to the Office of County Commissioners, located at 1500 Highway 2, Suite 308, Sandpoint, ID 83864. Envelopes shall be clearly marked "Bid Enclosed - Sandpoint Airport 2018 Taxilane Repaving Project". Bids received will be opened and read aloud in the Commissioner's Office by an appointed Bonner County official. Late bids will not be considered. The project generally consists of removal of existing asphalt and repaving approximately 2,000 sq. yards of asphalt concrete taxilane and installation of approximately 765 sq. yards new paving at existing undeveloped area. Copies may be obtained at the Public Works Office. The standard set of contract documents includes the project drawings. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of bidder's security in an amount equal to 5% of the amount bid: (a) Cash, (b) Cashier's Check made payable to the County, (c) Certified Check made payable to the County, or (d) bidder's bond executed by a qualified Idaho Surety Company, made payable to the County.
