This contract will allow for Cannon Hill to collect and dispose of mixed dirt and the woody debris that is currently at the Idaho Hill Site. AIRPORT Approved Amendment No. 1 to the MOU with the City of Sandpoint concerning the exchange of Fiber Network Access. This Amendment leases a portion of the fiber optic conduit on the Sandpoint Airport property to the City at the rate of One Dollar ($1.00) per linear foot per year for any lengths of fiber that are leased by City to service providers. PUBLIC DEFENDER Approved Resolution #18-72 authorizing the Public Defender's Office to destroy the documents as listed in the attached Resolution and as outlined in the Public Defender's Records Retention Policy Resolution #16-22. Additionally, we allow that the Solid Waste Director continue negotiations with Waste Management for the six (6) additional options that Waste Management proposed. Commissioner Connolly seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed. On Wednesday, May 30, 2018 an Executive Session for GIS Interviews was held pursuant to Idaho Code 74-204(2). On Thursday, May 31, 2018 A Meeting with the Recreation Department was held pursuant to Idaho Code 74-204(2). Commissioner McDonald made a motion to award the Garfield Bay Campground Water Improvement Project to general Industries in the amount of $159,116.00 contingent upon final approval from DEQ.
