Planning sessions more productive than negative letters

Re: Dan Rose’s letter (Daily Bee, Jan. 7):

On the following dates, Lake Pend Oreille School District is encouraging all Bonner County residents to attend the planning sessions formulating the future of our district. These meetings will be held in the Ponderay Events Center. The first meeting was held Wednesday, Jan. 10. Two additional meetings will be held Thursday, Jan. 18, at 5 p.m.; and Thursday, Jan. 25, at 5 p.m.

I would suggest the Roses attend one or all of these sessions and input their vision for education in Bonner County. I believe it would be much more effective than ad nausium negative letters to the editor.
