William Alan “Bill” James, 71, passed away at his home in Sagle, Idaho on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Sandpoint with military honors.
