Seneacquoteen announces tribute

PRIEST RIVER — Friends, family and especially veterans are invited to attend the annual Memorial Day service at Seneacquoteen Cemetery.

Services begin at 8 a.m. and veterans are invited to participate in the ceremony.

Cemetery officials offered their thanks to all who have generously donated money to the cemetery, which all goes toward maintenance of the site, adding all labor is voluntary and unpaid.

The cemetery is located nine miles from Highway 95 on W. Dufort Road.

In Sandpoint, Memorial Day services at Pinecrest Cemetery will begin at 9 a.m. and at 11 a.m. at Lakeview. Honors will be rendered by the Marine Corps League honors detail.
