Mini storage is proposed

PRIEST RIVER — A mini-storage facility is being proposed off Dickensheet Road.

The Bonner County Planning & Zoning Commission is considering a conditional use permit during a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 6. The hearing is being held at the Bonner County Administration Building in Sandpoint.

Janet Langley is requesting approval to construct two 40- by 208-foot mini-storage units on two vacant parcels in Merle's Estates. The parcels are each seventh-tenths of an acre and the square footage would total 8,320 feet for each unit.
