SHS raffle to benefit Toys for Tots

SANDPOINT — The Sandpoint High School Student Council is holding a raffle to collect money for Toys for Tots.

Council members said the business community in Sandpoint and Ponderay has been extremely generous donating gift certificates and other items for the raffle, which has allowed them to create two baskets for the raffle. The first basket is valued at well over $700 and the second basket is valued at $600.

Raffle tickets will be available starting Monday, Dec. 6, and will be sold through Thursday, Dec. 16.

Raffle tickets are $10 and can be purchased at Sandpoint High School during both lunches or after school. The baskets will be raffled on Friday, Dec. 17 and the winners will be contacted.
