ISP responded to a reported reckless driver in the area of Highway 95 and Blacktail Road in Careywood at 10:36 a.m.

Deputies assisted Bonners Ferry Police with K9 sniffs at local schools at 12:31 p.m.

Oct. 12

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Hickory Glen Avenue at 5:53 a.m.

Report of a gas drive-off in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 7:31 a.m.

An officer facilitated the exchange of information at a non-reportable collision in a parking lot in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 7:40 a.m.

An officer attempted to check the welfare of children in the 900 block of Chestnut Street at 8:48 a.m.; no one was home.

A beeping alarm was reported in the 800 block of Church Street at 9:46 a.m.

Report of a three-vehicle, non-injury collision in the area of Highway 2 and Olive Avenue at 12:46 p.m.

Possible identity theft was reported in the 600 block of S. Third Avenue at 12:02 p.m.

A reported suspicious vehicle was gone when the officer arrived in the 800 block of Hickory Street at 2:49 p.m.

A resident was referred to a locksmith after locking the keys in his vehicle in the 1800 block of Culvers Drive at 3:50 p.m.

A sex offense reported in the city was placed under investigation at 5:06 p.m.

Medical was dispatched to the 200 block of S. Division Avenue after a 911 hang-up call at 6:08 p.m.

Officers responded to a verbal domestic in the 1500 block of Oak Street at 8:24 p.m.; parties separated for the night

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Railroad Depot Road at 8:45 p.m.

An officer counseled a juvenile in the 300 block of Euclid Avenue at 9:46 p.m.

Officers answered questions for business personnel in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 11:11 p.m.

A parent in the 300 block of Euclid Avenue was referred to the school resource officer for assistance after a reported juvenile problem at 11:42 p.m.

An out-of-state parent wanted to document a potential incident on Spruce Street at 11:39 p.m.

Oct. 13

Andrew R. Meyer, 22, of Sagle, was arrested in the area of First and Church at 1:44 a.m. on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence.

An officer was unable to locate anyone in the area of the 900 block of Ruth Avenue after a report of a possible prowler at 2:53 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Oct. 12

An officer responded to the 476300 block of Highway 95 for a report of a 911 hang-up at 6:09 a.m.

An officer received a complaint of harassment in the 500 block of Larkspur Street at 12:41 p.m.

An officer responded to Kootenai Cutoff Road in reference to a report of a intoxicated driver in the area at 2:55 p.m.

An officer responded to the 476900 block of Highway 95 in reference to a theft reported at 4:50 p.m.

An officer responded for a citizen assist in the 200 block of Larkspur Street at 5:55 p.m.
