Report of a non-injury accident on Highway 200 near Ponderay at 6:46 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of drugs in the 26000 block of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 7:04 a.m.

Deputies responded to the Washington state area near S. Cass Street in Newport for an agency assist at 8:06 a.m.

Deputies responded to the N. Riley Creek Road area in Laclede for an unattended death reported at 8:07 a.m.

A follow-up report was requested on Rapid Lightning Road at 9:13 a.m.

A citizen assist was reported on Bandy Road in Priest River at 9:22 a.m.

Request to speak with a deputy from a Priest River resident on Sixth Street at 11:56 a.m.

A suspicious circumstance was reported on Big Burl Road in Sagle at 12:24 p.m.

A attempted burglary was reported on Oden Bay Road at 12:41 p.m.

Request to speak to a deputy from a Priest Lake property owner on Highway 57 at 12:52 p.m.

Report of four feral cats on Bandy Road in Priest River at 1:08 p.m.

An animal problem was reported in the 400 block of Davis Road in Sagle at 12:10 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a civil protection order on N. Boyer Road at 1:56 p.m.

Request to speak with a deputy about a civil issue from a Bonner County resident on Jeffrey Drive at 2:31 p.m.

Request to speak with a deputy from a Clark Fork resident in the area of E. Second Avenue and N. Mill Street at 3:39 p.m.

Report of a possible impaired driver in Kootenai on Helena Street at 4:04 p.m.

Malicious injury to property was reported on Sagle Road at 3:51 p.m.

Deputies responded to the Malakowsky Road area in Oldtown at 4:10 p.m. for a report of custodial interference.

Calvin Colvin of Sagle, was cited in the area of Bottle Bay and Jones roads in Sagle at 5:52 p.m. on a charge of second offense failure to provide proof of insurance.

Report of a noise complaint in the 400 block of Less Traveled Road in Sagle at 5:30 p.m.

Report of a traffic hazard in the 452000 block of Highway 95 in Athol at 6:28 p.m.

Report of a suspicious male in the 461700 block of Highway 95 in Cocolalla at 6:59 p.m.

A K-9 was deployed on a traffic stop in the area of N. Washington Avenue in Oldtown at 7:18 p.m.

Report of threats in the Sandpoint area at 6:18 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Hoop Loop Road in Priest River at 7:55 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Dry Creek Road in Oldtown at 8:47 p.m.

Report of suspicious activity in the 100 block of Spring Hill Road in Oldtown at 9:16 p.m.

Idaho Transportation Department responded to a traffic hazard in the area of Highway 200 and Trestle Creek Road in Hope at 9:30 p.m.

Report of a family offense on Winterton Road at 9:32 p.m.

Request for an agency assist in the 6000 block of Kelso Lake Road in Athol at 11:17 p.m.

Report of threats in the 100 block of Spades Road in Sagle at 7:28 p.m.

Oct. 19

Report of a prowler on Hines Road at 1:10 a.m.

Report of a battery in the 468800 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 2 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Oct. 18

An officer located an unsecured door at a business in the 500 block of Cedar Street at 5:33 a.m.; nothing appeared disturbed.

An officer answered a citizenís questions in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 9:25 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover an agency assist on Fifth Avenue at 9:18 a.m.

A transient was warned about camping inside city limits in the 100 block of E. Lake Street at 10:08 a.m.

A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1700 block of Culvers Drive at 1:33 p.m.

Report of a 911 pocket dial on N. Boyer Road at 2:21 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of a reckless driver in the Highway 95 area at 2:37 p.m.

An officer assisted BGH with mental hold paperwork on N. Third Avenue at 2:18 p.m.

Report of a group of juveniles at the skate park on Pine Street being rude to passers-by at 3:30 p.m.

A walk-in accident report was filed at the police department from the S. Division Avenue area at 5:27 p.m.

Patrick G. Simpson, 47, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 8:08 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

After a drunken driving investigation in the area of highways 200 and 95 at 9:50 p.m., the driver was released without charges.

After a welfare check request at 10:12 p.m., officers checked on a female and children on Hemlock Court and advised a relative came to spend the rest of the night with them.

Cody L. Newton, 23, of Sandpoint, and Josef L. Senesac, 24, of Spokane, were cited in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:19 p.m. on charges of malicious injury to property after they were caught painting graffiti on a business.

An officer was unable to locate a reported drunken driver on N. First Avenue at 10:57 p.m.

James B. Robertson, 26, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Pine Street and Euclid Avenue at 11:52 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges.

Oct. 19

After a report of suspicious circumstances in the 700 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 12:07 a.m., officers were unable to locate anyone in the area.

An officer assisted on an alarm call on Larkspur Street in Ponderay at 3:25 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Oct. 18

An officer responded to a non-injury accident reported on Highway 200 at 6:46 p.m.

An officer responded to the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road in reference to a traffic collision reported at 6:20 p.m.

An officer responded to the 800 block of Fifth Avenue in reference to property damage at 8:31 p.m.

An officer responded to the 400 block of Birch Street in reference to information for law enforcement at 8:55 p.m.

An officer responded to an agency assist in the 1500 block of Hemlock Court at 10:12 p.m.

Report of an alarm in the 200 block of Larkspur Street at 3:25 a.m.

Oct. 18

A municipal code violation was reported on E. Beardmore Avenue in Priest River at 9:09 a.m.
