Ty Malone, 22, of Granite Falls, Wash., was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 2 at 8 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence; Kaylee Muri, 19, of Bellingham, Wash., was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of paraphernalia; and a juvenile was also arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.
