Nov. 9

A female juvenile was signed as a runaway on Honeysuckle Avenue at 10:51 a.m.

A request for a welfare check on Pine Street was forwarded to the county at 10:32 a.m. as the children live outside the city limits.

An officer checked on an elderly female in the 300 block of Marion Avenue after a welfare check request at 1:53 p.m.; relatives were caring for her.

A juvenile who locked his keys inside his vehicle at the Milltown Apartments at 2:57 p.m. was referred to a locksmith.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on S. First Avenue at 3:11 p.m.

Four juveniles were reported to be damaging the bleachers at Memorial Field on Ontario Street at 4:09 p.m.

A vehicle in the 300 block was tagged for 48h-hour removal on Olive Avenue at 4:23 p.m.
