Report of a non-injury crash in the area of Bandy Road and Harmony Hill Lane in Priest River at 6:49 a.m.

Jesse Sumpter, 24, was arrested in the 486000 block of Highway 95 at 7:50 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant.

Paul Ritzman of Jerome was arrested in the 486000 block of Highway 95 on 8:13 a.m. on two out-of-county warrants and on a charge of providing false information to peace officers.

Report of a 911 hang-up on N. Boyer Road at 9:18 a.m.

A deputy assisted a citizen in the 15000 block of Highway 2 in Laclede at 10:24 a.m.

A follow-up report was requested on Evergreen Drive in Sagle at 7:19 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the 400 block of S. Shores Road in Coolin at 10:52 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Blanchard-Elk Road in Blanchard at 11:20 a.m.

Report of possible child abuse in the 2800 block of Hoo Doo Loop in Priest River at 11:40 a.m.

A deputy assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Bates Lane in Oldtown at 11:43 a.m.

Deputies responded to the Hagman Road area for an alarm reported at 11:49 a.m.

Max Williams, 50, was arrested in the 3000 block of Upper Pack River Road at 12:03 p.m. on two Bonner County warrants, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, driving while suspended, and resisting and obstructing an officer.

A case was assigned to cover a reported agency asset in the Milk Creek Road area at 12:45 p.m.

A railroad problem was reported on Cocolalla Loop Road at 1:01 p.m.

A citizen assist was requested on Shingle Mill Road at 1:49 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Crystal Springs Road at 2:02 p.m.

Report of two speeding tractor-trailers on Highway 95 headed into Ponderay at 3:13 p.m.

A deputy responded to assist a citizen on Cavanaugh Bay Road in Coolin at 3:39 p.m.

Report of information on Lakeview Drive in Cocolalla at 4:02 p.m.

Report of a civil protection order violation in the Grouse Creek Cutoff Road area at 4:14 p.m.

A civil standby was requested in the pre-100 block of Old Thama Ferry Road in Priest River at 4:21 p.m.

A citizen on Evergreen Road in Sagle asked to speak to a deputy at 4:21 p.m.

Report of a welfare check in the Priest Lake area on Highway 57 at 5:02 p.m.

Report of a traffic hazard in the 56000 block of Highway 200 in Clark Fork at 5:22 p.m.

Report of an injury accident in the 22400 block of Highway 2 at 5:34 p.m.

Nov. 20

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Euclid Avenue at 6:50 a.m.

A training incident was noted on Pine Street at 9:23 a.m.

Dominic Cattadoris, 34, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 1400 block on a charge of driving without privileges.

A vehicle in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue was tagged for 48-hour removal at 2:37 p.m.

An officer answered a citizenís questions in the 600 block of Jefferson Avenue at 4:18 p.m.

A 15-year-old Cocolalla male was served with a misdemeanor warrant at JDU on Samuelson Avenue at 4:52 p.m.

A shoplifting incident in the 600 block of Larch Street was placed under investigation at 9:45 p.m.

Officers were canceled before arrival in the 400 block of Church Street after a missing person report at 10:42 p.m.; the juvenile returned home.

Nov. 21

Officers were unable to locate two males reported to be looking into vehicles in the area of S. Ella Avenue and W. Lake Street at 12:01 a.m.

Nov. 20

Shoplifting was reported on Highway 95 at 8:57 a.m.

Possible fraud was reported on Sixth Street at 10:58 a.m.

Officers responded to a report of found property on Fontaine Drive at 1:47 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 95 and Kootenai Cutoff Road at 7:37 p.m.

An officer received a report of threats in the 1100 block of Fontaine Drive at 10:58 p.m.
