Report of a welfare check in the pre-100 block of Brookway Court in Blanchard at 9:45 p.m.

Deputies assisted Sandpoint Police with a DUI investigation in the area of N. Third Avenue and Oak Street at 11:40 p.m.

Deputies and West Pend Oreille Fire were called for an agency assist to medical on W. Settlement Road for an unattended death at 11:57 p.m.

Feb. 11

Deputies, Selkirk Fire and EMS responded to a report of family offenses on Otts Basin Road in Sagle at 12:40 a.m.

Deputies conducted a citizen contact in the 30800 block of Highway 200 at 3:39 a.m. resulting in the driver, Jordan Byers, being arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Triangle Drive in Ponderay at 3:57 a.m.

Report of threats in the area of North Fourth Avenue at 9:53 a.m.

Report of alarm activation in the area of Ebbett Way at 10:03 a.m.

Report of a 911 hangup in the area of Huron Avenue at 11:43 a.m.

Previous incident follow-up in the area of Ridley Village Road at 12:29 p.m.

Found property in the area of Highway 95 at 1:29 p.m.

Report of a hit and run accident in the area of Cedar Street at 2:33 p.m.

Report of a mental subject in the area of North Third Avenue at 3:26 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement in the area of Ontario Street and Highway 2 at 9:16 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a possible drunken driver in the area of N. Third and Oak Street at 11:40 p.m.

Harassment was reported on Samuelson Avenue at 12:09 a.m.

A possible drunken driver was reported on N. First Avenue at 2:37 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances on Chestnut Street at 3:12 a.m.

Feb. 10

An officer responded to a request for a civil standby in the 200 block of Piehl Road at 7:39 a.m.

An officer responded to an agency assist in reference to two reckless drivers heading northbound on Fifth Avenue and Larch Street in Sandpoint at 4:41 p.m.

An officer responded to the 477900 block of Highway 95 in reference to a reckless driving heading southbound at 5:38 p.m.

An officer responded to the 476900 block of Highway 95 for a parking problem at 6 p.m.

Christopher R. Ennis, 26, was cited and released for driving without privileges in the area of Highway 95 and Triangle Drive at 7:47 p.m.

An officer responded to a citizen assist in the 476700 block of Highway 95 at 7:42 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of stalking on St. Clair Avenue at 8:50 p.m.
