Brandy Rowland, 32, of Newport, Wash., was cited in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 6:41 a.m. on a charge of malicious injury to property.

ISP responded to a reported reckless driver on Highway 95 in Athol at 9:42 a.m.

Aug. 9

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver on Highway 95 in the city at 7:22 a.m.

A civil standby was requested in 1100 block of Jefferson Avenue at 7:21 a.m.

A bike was taken from the 1500 block of Oak Street at 7:31 a.m.

A code violation was reported in the 600 block of Superior Street at 11:19 a.m.

An officer stood by in the 1200 block of Cedar Street at 1:06 p.m. while a male retrieved his belongings.

An officer was unable to locate any vehicle in the 1500 block of Highway 2 with dogs locked inside after a complaint at 1:08 p.m.

A possible CPOR violation was reported in the 700 block of N. Third Avenue at 1:10 p.m.

Report of a 911 pocket dial on Olive Avenue at 1:53 p.m.

John R. Whatley, 35, of Cocolalla, was cited in the 1200 block of Cedar Street at 2 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

A juvenile was trespassed from a business in the 600 block of Larch Street at 2:12 p.m. after he was caught shoplifting.

Officers responded to a verbal altercation reported in the 100 block of Bridge Street at 3:44 p.m.

A door was reported damaged in the 100 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 4:46 p.m.

Report of a 911 pocket dial on Washington Avenue at 4:49 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Halley Street at 5:46 p.m.

A female was transported to the crisis center by relatives after suicide threats were reported at 6:12 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Cedar Street area at 6:01 p.m.

An officer assisted another agency in the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 6:03 p.m.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury collision reported in the area of N. Division and Larch at 6:48 p.m.

A female was trespassed from a business in the 600 block of Larch Street after she was caught shoplifting at 7:31 p.m.

An officer located the driver of a reported reckless incident in the area of N. Boyer and Larch at 8:39 p.m.

Aug. 9

An officer responded to a three-vehicle, non-injury crash in the 477700 block of Highway 95 at 12:04 p.m.

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police after a suicide threat was reported at 6:12 p.m.

An officer assisted BCSO deputies in the 490600 block of Highway 95 at 9:37 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Aug. 9
