Report of a civil dispute on Nitty Gritty Lane in Priest River at 7:20 p.m.

Report of a family offense in the 400 block of Skyhawk Drive in Spirit Lake at 7:31 p.m.

Report of a civil dispute in the 11000 block of N. Boyer Road at 7:48 p.m.

Report of several 911 hang-ups in the Cherokee Trail area in Priest Lake at 8:02 p.m.

A reckless driver was reported on Torrens Trail in Spirit Lake at 8:19 p.m.

Report of an injury accident on Colburn Culver Road at 9:08 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the 47000 block of Highway 200 in Hope at 9 p.m.

Daniel Leighton, 26, of Elk, was arrested in the area of Highway 41 and S. State Street in Oldtown on a charge of driving under the influence.

Report of a trespass in the 300 block of W. Ninth Avenue in Clark Fork at 10:17 p.m.

Disorderly conduct was reported in the 100 block of Highway 2 in Oldtown at 11:02 p.m.

Report of a juvenile problem near State Avenue and E. Fourth in Oldtown at 11:37 p.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Aug. 13

A bike found on Bridge Street was returned to its owner at 7:18 a.m.

An officer facilitated the exchange of information at a non-reportable collision in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Baldy Mountain Road at 9:14 a.m.

Report of an abandoned bike in the 100 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 9:15 a.m.

Request for a trespass order to be renewed in the 1100 block of Hickory Street at 10:14 a.m.

An officer assisted ISP at Bonner General Health on N. Third Avenue at 10:59 a.m.

An officer was canceled on scene after an assistance request in the 1800 block of Hickory Street at 11:44 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate anything out of the ordinary in the area of Poplar and Jefferson after a complaint of suspicious circumstances at 12:06 p.m.

A female on Pine Street was contacted and advised to cease contact with a Belgian resident after a complaint of harassment at 11:27 a.m.

A resident in the 1200 block of Larch Street expressed concerned about an abandoned cat at 1:19 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Samuelson Avenue at 1:01 p.m.

Report of a 911 pocket dial on Ontario Street at 2:30 p.m.

An Alpine Design bike was reported taken from the 1300 block of Pine Street at 2:44 p.m.

A dementia patient battered a staff member in the 500 block of Olive Avenue at 3:12 p.m.

A vehicle was reported struck while parked in the 300 block of Cedar Street at 3:51 p.m.

Officers assisted with a dementia patient who did not want to get back into her daughterís vehicle in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 4:51 p.m.

Report of a mental health call on Olive Avenue at 4:53 p.m.

An officer facilitated the exchange of information at a non-reportable collision in a parking lot in the 500 block of Olive Avenue at 5:48 p.m.

A male transient was issued a verbal warning for sleeping/camping inside city limits in the 1500 block of Highway 2 at 5:56 p.m.

Tiffany F. Mistelske, 28, of Ponderay, was arrested in the 600 block of Larch Street at 7:08 p.m. on a charge of resisting arrest, and on a felony warrant and two misdemeanor warrants; and Nichold W. Shuff, 29, of Ponderay, was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of resisting arrest.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Larch Street at 7:07 p.m.

An officer assisted at Bonner General Health to facilitate getting paperwork signed by a judge at 9:50 p.m.

Aug. 13

Complaint of junk and debris on E. Jefferson Avenue at 8:20 a.m.

Complaint of grass and weeds on E. Lincoln Avenue at 8:35 a.m.

Complaint of overgrown trees and shrubs on Fourth Street at 8:46 a.m.

Complaint of barking dogs on Rivenes Avenue at 9:49 a.m.

A family offense was reported on Summit Boulevard at 10:45 a.m.

An officer responded to a call in the area of Railroad Avenue at 6:54 p.m.
