An officer conducted a welfare check in the 1400 block of River Rock Road at 8:34 a.m.

An officer attempted to locate trucks moving contaminated soil in windy conditions in the 600 block of Larch at 9:02 a.m.

An officer conducted a welfare check at the Sandpoint Depot at 10:18 a.m. The subject was charging his phone and waiting for a ride.

Two dogs running at large on Washington Avenue were taken to the animal shelter at 10:34 a.m.

An officer conducted a welfare check in the 1300 block of Larch at 12:35 p.m.

Officers responded to a 911 hang-up on Michigan at 2:18 p.m. The 911 activation was deemed accidental.

An officer contacted the parents of a juvenile male who was reportedly driving recklessly on North Boyer at 3:23 p.m.
