Mulder signs to play soccer in college

Dawson signed a letter of intent on Thursday to play soccer next season for Spokane Falls Community College of the Northwest Athletic Conference. The senior was the MVP of the Inland Empire League after netting 24 goals, and he can’t wait to test his skills at the next level. “The higher level of play. New experiences with a team that I haven’t been with,” said Mulder, who plans to study physical therapy. He has a 30 plus inch vertical, which should serve him well in the college game, where he’ll likely play forward. “I see Dawson as an instant impact guy. They landed a rock solid recruit,” said Bulldog head coach Adam Tajan. “Dawson is a tremendous athlete and I think he’s only scratched the surface of what he’s capable of.” (Courtesy photo)
