Bulldogs host district tennis today at Saturday

(Photo by ERIC PLUMMER) Jenny Slaveck and the Sandpoint tennis team plays host to Lakeland and Moscow at the 4A Region 1 tennis championships, starting this morning at 9 a.m. at Travers Park. The top two boys and girls singles and boys and girls doubles teams, as well as the top two mixed doubles teams will qualify for state next weekend. The boys and girls singles start at 9 a.m. at Travers, the mixed doubles action starts at 9:30 a.m. at City Beach, and the boys and girls doubles action starts at 9:30 a.m. at Lakeview Park. The semis and championship rounds start at 9 a.m. on Saturday, with all of the second day action held at Travers Park.
