(Photo by CAROLINE LOBSINGER) Some of the best action at the annual Long Bridge Swim takes place near the finish line, when two or more swimmers hit shore at the same time and pride takes over, as they sprint the last of the 1.76 miles to maintain the highest place possible. In this case, it was a pair of Sandpoint siblings, as Hayden Norling, 15, edged younger brother Caleb Norling, 13, by just two seconds, finishing 12th overall among 477 finishers in a time of 42:32.
