ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Sandpoint Downtown Revitalization Project -Phase 1 Rebid Separate sealed BIDS for Downtown Revitalization Project -Phase 1 located at Sandpoint, Idaho and other related work as set forth in the Contract documents for Downtown Revitalization Project -Phase 1 Rebid will be received by City of Sandpoint at 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID 83864, until 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, March 09, 2018 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The work involves removal and reconstruction of subgrade, pavement and sidewalks, along Cedar Street between 2nd Avenue and 5th Avenue, including installation of stormwater utilities, storm gardens, sidewalk lighting, street trees, and pedestrian features. The work also includes reconstruction of approximately 913 linear feet of gravity sewer main in First Avenue, between Church Street and Cedar Street and on Cedar Street between First Avenue and Second Avenue. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements.
