Itís book sale day once again and the Friends of the Library invites everyone to come be a part of the fun Saturday, Sept. 7.

The sale, held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., is featuring a wide array of book sets including Roman history and the history of San Diego, Calif. There is a set of Time Life western books, various volumes of Jean Auelís ďClan of the Cave BearĒ, and a series entitled ďEverymanís Classic LiteratureĒ.

Due to a generous donor, we also have a large collection of cookbooks. For parents, there is a wonderful collection of childrenís books overseen by a FOL member who is a retired middle school librarian.

Last of all, here is a headís up about next month. October 2019 is FOLís 30th anniversary. There will be a event celebrating 30 years of putting books in the hands of the Sandpoint community and thereby benefiting the library. Those were the groupís only goals then and those remain its only goals now. Come on Saturday and come back on Oct. 5 to help FOL celebrate.
