SANDPOINT — Listen up Bonner County NFL football fans: Don’t miss the chance to win a weekly prize of a $25 Visa gift card, as well as the grand prize of a two-night stay at Kootenai River Casino with a spa/food/drink credit, and possibly a national prize of a trip for two to Hawaii, during the free Pro Football U-Pick ‘Em Challenge, sponsored by the Daily Bee.

Simply register, then go online each week and make your pick for each NFL game, with no point spreads. To register, visit www.BonnerCountyDailyBee.com/ProFootball. If you’ve participated in previous promotions through the Bee, just log in with your current user name and password. If needed, click on “forgot password” to reset your password.

The computer will keep a running season total, with the winner each week awarded a $25 gift card (you predict the Monday Night Football score in case of a tie-breaker). With a 17 week season, that’s 17 chances to win.

Compete against a host of local guest pickers, including longtime voice of Bulldog football and basketball Bob Witte, former Bulldog football state championship coach Satini Puailoa, former Vandal standout defensive end and current Bulldog head football coach Ryan Knowles, former Stanford University wide receiver and member of the Bulldogs’ lone state championship team Caleb Bowman, Bee sports editor Eric Plummer, and former Arizona Cardinals and Denver Broncos quarterback and volunteer assistant for the Bulldogs, Jake Plummer.

Register quickly, as the NFL season kicks off on Thursday with the Falcons at the Super Bowl Champion Eagles. The Seahawks face a tough opener in Denver on Sunday.

Think you know who will win those games? Then go ahead and Pick ‘Em.
