TO: CLAYTON DAVID McDONALD, AND TO ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES.

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear and answer before the District Court of the First Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Bonner, Magistrate Division, at the Courthouse in Sandpoint, Bonner County, Idaho on the 6th day of December, 2005, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock, a.m., before the Honorable Barbara Buchanan, then and there to answer the petition of EDNA MAY SCHULTZ, filed in the above-entitled Court. The nature of said Petition is a request to terminate the parent-child relationship of CLAYTON DAVID McDONALD, Respondent, and ELLIANAH ELAINE McDONALD, a minor child. The child was born at Bonner General Hospital, on February 14, 2003, to EDNA MAY SCHULTZ, Petitioner, and CLAYTON DAVID McDONALD, Respondent.

The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgment or decree in the child's interest, which will be binding upon you, including the termination of parent-child relationship between the minor child, ELLIANAH ELAINE McDONALD, and CLAYTON DAVID McDONALD, as prayed for by the Petitioner herein.
