AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANDPOINT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF A 6.92-ACRE PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY AS HEREIN DESCRIBED; PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE SANDPOINT CITY CORPORATE BOUNDARIES; PROVIDING A LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR NOTICE TO COUNTY TREASURER, ASSESSOR AND RECORDER AND STATE TAX COMMISSION; ADOPTING AN INITIAL ZONING DESIGNATION OF RESIDENTIAL "A" FOR THE PROPERTY; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This Ordinance annexes the following described property into the City of Sandpoint and provides a zoning designation of Residence "A" for said property : That portion of the N1/2 of the N1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 3, Township 57 N, R 2W, BM, Bonner County, Idaho, lying Southerly of the centerline of Little Sand Creek and East of the East Right-of-Way Line of North Boyer Avenue, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of said centerline of Little Sand Creek and said East Right-of-Way Line of North Boyer Avenue; thence S 0°42'53"E, along said Right-of-Way Line, 300 feet more or less, to the South Line of said North Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence N89°12'37"E, along said South Line, 1298.96 feet, to the Southeast Corner of said North Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence N0°38'45"W, along the East line of said North Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 186 feet more or less, to said centerline of Little Sand Creek; thence Westerly, along said centerline to the point of beginning.
