MELITA ELLEN POSTON

For Change of Name.

A Petition by Melita Ellen Poston, born August 10, 1949 in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon now residing Hope, Idaho proposing a change in name to Melita Ellen Shelley has been filed in the above entitled Court, the reason for this change in name being that Shelley is Petitioner's maiden name.

The petitioner's father and mother are deceased.

A Petition will be heard on April 10, 2006, at 9:30 o'clock a.m., at the County Courthouse before Judge Heise or at such time as the Court may appoint, and objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
