Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Ranch at River Bend, LLC of 708 Superior Street- Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 made application to place riprap along 1700 feet of shoreline for erosion control. Located on Pend Oreille River near Cocolalla Creek Slough, Idaho adjacent to: Section 28, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian: Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 3706 Industrial Avenue South-Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
