HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at the following times on Thursday, February 2, 2006, in Courtroom No. 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

5:00 P.M. - FILE S1224-05 - MAZUR HEIGHTS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MARTIN & LOUISE MAZUR are seeking approval to subdivide a +/-30-acre parcel into 6 residential lots ranging in size from 5 to 5.08 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Hidden Creek Road, +/-11 miles southwest of the City of Sandpoint, in Section 31, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

5:15 P.M. - FILE S1218-05 - ELK RIDGE ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MOLLY MC LAUGHLIN is seeking approval to subdivide a 25-acre parcel into 5 residential lots of 5 acres each. The site is zoned Rural and is located on Upper Rocky Road, +/-10.2 miles southeast of the City of Sandpoint, in Section 7, Township 56 North, Range 1 West, B.M.

6:00 P.M. - FILE S1239-05 - GLENN TRESTLE - PRELIMINARY PLAT - JOHN MC CURDY is proposing to subdivide an existing platted lot of +/-24.95acres into four residential lots ranging from 5 to 9.8 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural and is described as Lot 1 of McCurdy Subdivision, located on Trestle Creek Road approximately 4 miles north of Trestle Creek in Section 12, Township 57 North, Range 1 East, B.M. This item was originally scheduled for public hearing January 12, 2006, but has been rescheduled to February 2, 2006.

6:15 P.M. - FILE S1264-05 - EPCOT HOMESITES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - HANK & JANET HESTER are requesting to subdivide a +/-18.9-acre parcel into six lots, ranging in size from 2.5 acres to 5.04 acres. The site is zoned Suburban 1/3 and is located off of Willow Bay Road and Seneaocquoteen Road in Section 6, Township 55 North, Range 3 West, B.M., +/-8 miles southeast of Priest River.

6:45 P.M. - FILE S1277-05 - BROOKSHIRE - PRELIMINARY PLAT - LARRY & JUNE TOPPENBERG, ET AL. are requesting to subdivide a +/-34-acre parcel of land into seven +/-5-acre lots. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Crosswhite Road, approximately 10 miles north of the city of Athol in Section 4, Township 54 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

7:00 P.M. - FILE S1261-05 - MLD ESTATES 2 - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MICHAEL AND LORI PALMER are requesting to subdivide a +/-21 acre parcel into four 5.25-acre lots. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Freeman Lake Road, +/-5 miles west of the city of Priest River in Section 19, Township 56 North, Range 5 West, B.M.
