Sandpoint West Athletic Club Presents the SWAC Kids Triathlon
Saturday July 29th, 2006.
Start Times: 6-7 year olds 8:30 a.m., 8-9 year. olds 9 a.m., 10-12 year olds 9 a.m.
The swim portion of the event will take place in the Sandpoint West Athletic Club swimming pool. The bike and run portions will take place at Travers and Centennial Parks.
Distances: (bike and run distances are approximate)
6-7 year olds
? 25 meter swim In the Sandpoint West Athletic Club Indoor pool
? 1 mile bike 1 lap around Travers and Centennial Parks across the street from SWAC
? 1/4 mile run 1 loop around a portion of Travers Park
8-9 year olds
? 50 meter swim
? 1 1/2 mile bike 2 laps around Travers and Centennial Parks
? 1/2 mile run 1 loop around all of Travers Park
10-12 year olds
? 75 meter swim
? 2 1/2 mile bike 3 laps around Travers and Centennial Parks
? 3/4 mile run
This is a very low key, fun emphasized event. All flotation devices are encouraged if necessary in the swim. All participants should have an adult attendant at the race to help them with the transitions. BIKE HELMETS ARE REQUIRED.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry to the Sandpoint West Athletic Club Kid's Triathlon, I for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever release and discharge any and all rights, demands, and claims for damages and causes of suit or action known or unknown, that I may have against the event sponsors or promoters for any and all injuries in any manner arising or resulting from my participation in said event. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of risks involved in the event, that I assume those risks, that I will pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of an accident, illness, or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses, and that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.
