NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, March 22, 2006, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1268-05 - DEW-AW ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - DANIEL & ANNA WAGGONER are proposing to subdivide a +/-2.85 acre parcel into two lots of +/-1.13 acres and +/-1.72 acres. The subject property is zoned Suburban 1/3, and is located on Riley Creek Park Road approximately 9 miles east of the City of Priest River in Section 36, Township 56 North, Range 4 West, B.M.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1298-05 - SNOSHANE HILL SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - ETHAN MC EVILY, ET AL are requesting to subdivide a +/-20-acre parcel into four lots of 5 acres. The site is zoned Recreation and is located off of Keepa Way Road, approximately 12 miles southeast of the City of Sandpoint in Section 3, Township 56 North, Range 1 West, B.M.

2:00 P.M. - FILE S1277-05 - BROOKSHIRE - PRELIMINARY PLAT - LARRY & JUNE TOPPENBERG, ET AL. are requesting to subdivide a +/-34-acre parcel of land into seven 5-acre lots. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Crosswhite Road, approximately 10 miles north of the city of Athol in Section 4, Township 54 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its public hearing of February 2, 2006, recommended approval of this file to the Board of County Commissioners.

2:15 P.M. - FILE S1224-05 - MAZUR HEIGHTS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MARTIN & LOUISE MAZUR are seeking approval to subdivide a +/-30-acre parcel into 6 residential lots ranging in size from 5 to 5.08 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Hidden Creek Road, +/-11 miles southwest of the City of Sandpoint, in Section 31, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its public hearing of February 2, 2006, recommended approval of this file to the Board of County Commissioners.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
