NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE S1304-05 - RIVERBEND RIDGE - PRELIMINARY PLAT - CHERYL & FRED HALPIN are requesting to subdivide a +/-32.5 acre parcel into six lots ranging in size from 5 acres to 6.44 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Dufort Road, +/-18 miles southwest of the city of Sandpoint, in Section 31, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its public hearing of March 2nd, recommended approval of this application to the Bonner County Commissioners.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1311-05 - AAMBI SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - AAMBI LLC is requesting to subdivide a 32.64 acre parcel into three lots, 10 acres in size. The site is zoned Agricultural and is located off both Bandy Road and Edgemere Cutoff Road, +/-15 miles southeast of the city of Priest River, in Section 35, Township 55 North, Range 4 West.

2:00 P.M. - FILE S1243-05 - AIDEN ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - J. HANK & JANET HESTER are seeking approval to subdivide a 60-acre parcel into twelve 5-acre residential lots. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Saunders Road & Redneck Drive, +/-10 miles northwest of the City of Spirit Lake, in Section 1, Township 54 North, Range 6 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its public hearing of March 2nd, recommended approval of this application to the Bonner County Commissioners.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
