A Petition by Mona Jeanean Boge, born 10/16/1951 in Wallace, State of Idaho, now residing at 322 S. Euclid, Sandpoint, proposing a change in name to Mona Jeanean Bennett has been filed in the above entitled Court, the reason for this change in name being: I have been divorced for several years now an wish to go back the same last name as my children.

The petitioner's father has died. His name was Roy Robert Eakle. He passed away on 1961. The names and addresses of the petitioner's near relatives are:

Such petition will be heard at 9 o'clock a.m. on October 16, 2006, in courtroom number at the Bonner County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
