By virtue of Idaho Code 25-3520A(4) Animals whose owners have had their rights to possession, title, custody, or care terminated will be sold or available for adoption at public auction:

Approximately over 20 years black and white paint mare.

Approximately 9 months old weanling sorrel and white paint colt.

2 female goats.

1 male goat.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 23rd day of January, 2008 at 10:00 o'clock of said day, at 2075 Wrenco Loop Rd., Sandpoint I will sell the above described property, at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States, to satisfy boarding and care costs.
