Nurses deserve all that they fought for

Best wishes to the nurses at Bonner General Hospital. They were successful in part due to the strong amount of community support. These nurses are people who care for human life, who feel and have compassion for those who are compromised and may be at the end of their precious lives.

It is regretful that it took three hard-fought years to achieve a basic human right. Perhaps we have lost sight of what we would most want for ourselves is what we should be giving to others.

It is a shame that there has been virtually no coverage or feedback on this important issue from the media. These women deserved the front page instead of silence.
