Where can I get a health care waiver?

I am amazed by the boldness of those who are rushing to obtain waivers from Obamacare. The new addition to the long list — more than 2.5 million people — may be New York City.

Rep. Anthony Weiner, who was so strident in his attacks on those who were against the health care bill, is now saying that it might be a good idea for New York City to get a waiver.

Where can I get my waiver? If the unions, organizations (like AARP) and even entire states (Maine comes to mind), are trying to get out of this, what does it say about the bill? Once again, it becomes who you know, or who received your contribution.
