Is abortion first-degree premeditated murder?

In response to Mr. Gilbert Barbee’s letter (Jan. 19) in which he argues that abortion is simply murder: If abortion is murder, then it’s cold-blooded aggravated 1st degree premeditated murder.
Are you OK with that? Or are you willing to make exceptions?
