Wow! Lloyd Wallace must have read my mind when he made those suggestions regarding downtown Sandpoint (Sunday, July 15) i.e. First Avenue closed to traffic for several blocks, ending at Cedar Street (preferably bricked); walk along Sand Creek; low dam on Sand Creek so it will be beautiful year round.
