King of the Kongcrete set for Saturday

The annual King of the Kongcrete Skate Competition returns to Sandpoint on Saturday, Aug. 17, starting at noon at the Concrete Lake Skate Park at Travers Park.

Registration will be at the park from 10 a.m. to noon, and the entry fee is $15. Helmets required for all competitors, with knee, elbow and wrist pads highly recommended.

Prizes will be awarded to winners in each category.
