Levy is a luxury we can do without

I am tired of our school district repeatedly taxing the people of our community. The state allocation of monies for the Priest River schools is gained from state income taxes, which every person has to pay. Adding this new levy tax, will cause us to be double taxed. Why should a levy that only taxes the property owner be allowed, and not have everyone share, if additional monies are used?
