We don't need another set of railroad tracks

So, we are about to get another set of tracks meandering through town in order to ship even more coal to China? This has to be the height of sheer stupidity.

With China being already so polluted that they can’t even see across the street, they certainly do not need more coal. Worse yet, all that carbon dioxide being belched out of their smokestacks and tailpipes eventually drifts over here, and that’s more of what we don’t need.
