Will city add gates, shake down guests?

Our recently appointed/elected Sandpoint City Council has had time to erase the butterflies that come with such incredible power.

So what are the new ideas that you all said would result from your coronations? “We will systematically punish visitors that want to enjoy the lake that was built by our former City Council.” That’s certainly new and different (or is it hope and change?).
