NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE PLAT REVIEW NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning Department is in receipt of a preliminary plat (subdivision) application for the following File SS1838-15 ? Barker's Acres ? Preliminary Plat ? Barker Family Revocable Trust, Jack & Ann Barker Trustees is seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide approximately 27.2-acre parcel into two 13.62-acre lots. The site is located about 4.25 miles south of Sandpoint, off of Sagle Road on Upper Rocky Road, in Section 7, Township 56 North, Range 1 West, B.M. The site is zoned A/F-10. Bonner County Revised Code 12-653 authorizes this application to be considered administratively, allowing time for agency and public comment. You are invited to comment on this application. Written comments must be received by the Bonner County Planning Department by 5 p.m. January 18, 2016.
