Workshop examines 'What's Happening'

SANDPOINT — Some of the state and region’s leading business and commerce leaders will keynote a half-day economic summit Nov. 5 in Sandpoint, dubbed the What’s Happening Up North Prospering Business Workshop. 

The workshop is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required by Nov. 1 at www.whatshappeningupnorth.org. The day begins with a continental breakfast at 7 a.m., proceeds to talks and panel discussions, and includes a catered lunch before closing with a final address at 1:15 p.m. It will be held at the new Sandpoint Technology Center at 130 McGhee Road, Sandpoint, the former Coldwater Creek conference facility.
