Bonner County Rodeo fun on tap

SANDPOINT — If you’re looking for a great time, then look no further than the Bonner County Rodeo’s second Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association event Friday and Saturday.

As part of the “Miracle Minute Fundraiser” — taking place both Friday and Saturday night — purple buckets will be passed through the crowd to raise awareness and funds for cancer. All funds raised benefit local cancer groups.

Sponsored by Pierce Auto Center, rodeo-goers will have a chance to win a new Dodge Ram valued up to $35,000.

A free raffle ticket will be handed out to each rodeo patron 18 years and older at the gate both nights and during Saturday’s performance, one individual will have their ticket drawn for a chance to throw one horse shoe in the arena. A complete horse shoe ringer will win the Ram.
