Patricia Ann Cook Ramsay, 73, passed away in Sandpoint, Idaho, on Aug. 30, 2016.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, at the First Lutheran Church, with Pastor Lori Morton and Pastor Steve Neuder officiating.
