Robert A. Zweifel, 46, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of N. Florence Avenue and Cedar Stree

Chloe C. Barker, 20, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Oak Street and N. Ella Avenue at 1:30 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

A male was advised to cease contact with a resident in the 800 block of Spruce Street after a complaint of harassment at 6:50 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on St. Clair Avenue at 7:39 p.m.

Report of possible drug use in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 8:26 p.m.

The railroad was notified to fix a malfunctioning crossing arm on N. Boyer Avenue at 9:43 p.m.
